SHIPPING POLICY

At Reachable Wellness, we are committed to providing you with the freshest and highest quality wellness products. All our teas, butters, syrups, salves, and infusions are made/assembled to order by skilled Reachable Wellness employees to ensure optimal quality.

Processing Time: Most of our items are crafted upon order and require careful preparation. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Shipping Methods: Once processed, orders are shipped via [Specify Carrier(s)] and are expected to arrive within the shipping carrier's standard delivery timeframes. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Reachable Wellness, we aim to ensure that all of our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase within 30 days of the order date for a full or partial refund of the price paid, subject to the following conditions:

 

Condition of Returned Products: Products must be returned in the same condition and in the original packaging as when they were received.

Specific Product Conditions: Essential oils, teas, butters, salts, bitters, and herbal extracts in containers of 8 ounces (approximately 225 grams) or larger are only eligible for a refund if they are unopened and the tamper-evident safety seal is unbroken.

Initiating a Return: Before returning any product, the Buyer must contact a customer service representative of Reachable Wellness to initiate the return process.

Shipping Costs: The Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product unless otherwise agreed upon by Reachable Wellness.

Compliance with Laws: The Buyer agrees to comply with all applicable health and safety laws, rules, and regulations during the handling and shipping of the returned products. This includes any requirements under state or federal law or the terms of this agreement while the products are in the Buyer’s possession pending return.

International Returns: For Buyers returning products from outside the United States, the Buyer is solely responsible for clearing the returned products through United States customs and for any duties, fees, costs, and charges incurred during this process.

Refund Adjustments: Reachable Wellness may set off from any refund payable on a product return any amounts required to be paid to take possession of the returned products.

Digital Products: Non-Refundable Policy for Digital Products

 

At Reachable Wellness, we offer a variety of digital products including educational materials, courses, and downloadable content. Due to the nature of digital information and content, we maintain a non-refundable policy for all digital product sales.

 

1. Digital Product Sales are Final: All digital products sold by Reachable Wellness are considered final sales and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered via download or email, the sale is complete.

 

2. Preview Available: We provide a preview, sample, or detailed description of each digital product to help you make an informed purchase decision. Please review all available information and ask any questions before purchasing to ensure the product meets your needs.

 

3. Access to Digital Content: Upon purchase, customers are granted non-exclusive, non-transferable access to the digital content. Exception Circumstances: In the event that a digital product is proven to be defective or has been misrepresented, Reachable Wellness may, at its discretion, provide a credit, replacement, or other form of compensation. Such cases will be handled on a case-by-case basis and require proof of defect or misrepresentation.
